Billing Date
Your recurring billing date is the same day each month from the first day you started. If you ever need a reminder just email us at info@mylinelist.com and we will let you know.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your mylinelist.com service anytime by emailing us at cancel@mylinelist.com. This may take 24-48 hours to cancel and we will send you a confirmation that your service is no longer active with us.
Line List Update
You can update your line listing free of charge once per month. If you need to m any additional changes there is a small fee of $5. You can contact our web designers at design@mylinelist.com with your request anytime.
IHFRA Discount
If you are a member of the IHFRA you can request a discount code from them to enter at checkout, and your subscription service will be discounted along with the one time design and page set-up fee.
Discounts
If you are provided a discount code - your discount will be applied to your next months service. Discounts are not retro-active.
